Our Return Policy

OUR RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase on Nuthatch. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we are ready to help process your return.  

Returns received within 30 days of receipt of the shipment will receive a full refund of the purchase price including original shipping fee (if any). Returns received after 30 days from receipt of shipment will be elIgible for an exchange for another store item or receive a store credit.

Return Procedures

There are a two ways we make returning an item(s) easy:

Through your Nuthatch Account: sign-in to your Nuthatch account under 'My Account' and under 'Completed Orders', click on the 'Return Item(s)' button next to the order.  Complete the New Return Request and submit.  A RMA (Return Merchandise Authrization) will be processed and a return shipping label will be emailed to you to affix to the return shipment. Nuthatch will pay to ship your return by this return method. Your refund (including any original shipping charges) will be processed once we receive the item(s).  

By phone or email:  simply send an email stating the invoice #, what you are returning and why.  A RMA (Return Merchanise Authorization) will be processed and a return shipping label will be emailed to you to affix to the return shipment.  Nuthatch will pay to ship your return by this return method.  Your refund (including any original shipping charges) will be processed once we receive the item(s).

Without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):  Orders may be returned without an RMA, however the refunded amount will not include the cost of shipping the item back to us.  Returns without a prior RMA may also experience a delay in refunds as we collect additional information to process the return. 

All methods of return are subject to the 30 day return policy as stated above.   Refunds will be credited against the original form of payment.

SHIPPED THE WRONG ITEM

We are so sorry if a mistake was made in processing your order!  Please follow one of the two Return Procedures above.  We'll send you a return shipping label. If we have the correct item in stock, we’ll ship it to you as soon as the incorrect item is received. If the item is no longer available, we’ll credit your original form of payment.

WHERE TO SEND YOUR RETURN

The RMA shipping label will contain everything you need to address your return package.  You will simply need to drop it off at a UPS center or store or give it directly to a UPS driver.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR RETURN

Please include all the tags and original shipped items, in new condition.  Returning the packing material is also appreciated.   If we sent you extra gifts with your order, please keep them in appreciation of your business with Nuthatch. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders that are cancelled before shipping has taken place will receive an immediate refund.  If the cancellation is received after shipping you will need to process a return by one of the two return methods above.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Refunds will be processed when returns are received however, please allow up to 2 weeks for credit transactions to post to your credit card account.
